Comparing plans: Free, Starter, Pro, and Enterprise

2 min read·2 views·100% found this helpful

G8KEPR offers four plans — Free, Starter, Pro, and Enterprise — that scale from a single project to organization-wide security. Every plan includes all four protection pillars for your AI, API, and MCP traffic; the tiers differ in usage limits, team seats, retention, and support.

What every plan includes

No matter which tier you choose, you get the full detection engine across all four pillars, real-time blocking, and a hosted API key so you can start protecting traffic right away.

  • Full AI, API, and MCP threat detection
  • Real-time monitoring and blocking
  • Access to the live dashboard and alerts

The four plans

Free

Best for evaluating G8KEPR or securing a personal project. Includes a hosted Community API key, core detection, and community support at no cost.

Starter — $599/month

For small teams moving a first workload to production. Adds higher request volume, more team seats, longer event retention, and email support.

Pro — $2,499/month

For growing teams running multiple services. Increases limits further and adds priority support, extended retention, and advanced reporting.

Enterprise — custom

For organizations with compliance, scale, or deployment requirements. Adds SSO, custom retention, a dedicated point of contact, and a tailored agreement. Enterprise pricing is quoted by our team.

How to compare and choose

  1. 1.Open your dashboard and go to Account → Billing.
  2. 2.Select Compare Plans to see each tier's limits side by side.
  3. 3.Pick the plan whose request volume and seat count match your workload.
  4. 4.Click Upgrade (or Contact Sales for Enterprise) and confirm.

New to G8KEPR? Every paid plan starts with a 30-day free trial, and you can request an extension of up to 90 days from the Billing page while you evaluate.

Overage is opt-in. If you exceed your plan's included usage, requests are never silently billed — you choose whether to enable overage or stay within your limits.

Changing plans later

You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from Account → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately so new limits apply right away, and downgrades apply at the start of your next cycle.
