Upgrading or downgrading your plan
You can change your G8KEPR subscription tier at any time from the Compare Plans page in your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply cleanly so you keep access to what you've paid for.
Before you start
- ▸You need an Owner or Billing Admin role to change the plan for your organization.
- ▸Have a valid payment method on file for any paid tier. Community is free and requires no card.
- ▸Enterprise is arranged directly with our team rather than self-serve checkout.
Change your plan
- 1.Open your dashboard and go to Account → Billing.
- 2.Select Compare Plans to see every tier side by side with its included pillars, limits, and price.
- 3.Find the plan you want and choose Upgrade or Downgrade. Your current plan is marked so you always know where you stand.
- 4.Review the summary. It shows your new price, billing cycle, and when the change takes effect.
- 5.Confirm. You'll return to Billing, where your active plan and next invoice date are updated.
Every paid tier includes all four protection pillars. Moving up or down changes your usage limits and support level, not which core capabilities you get.
What happens to billing
- ▸Upgrades apply right away so you can use the higher limits immediately. Your invoice is prorated for the remainder of the current cycle.
- ▸Downgrades take effect on your next renewal, so you keep your current tier's limits until then.
- ▸If your account is still in its trial, changing plans does not end the trial early.
Approaching a usage limit but not ready to move tiers? You can enable opt-in overage in Billing to keep running past your included volume instead of upgrading.
Moving to or from Enterprise
Enterprise pricing, seat counts, and custom terms are handled with our team. On the Compare Plans page, choose Contact Sales and we'll help you switch. Downgrading from Enterprise to a self-serve tier also goes through your account contact.
