Plans scale with how much you run through G8KEPR and the support guarantees you need — not with which features you get.

The plans

• ▸Community — $0 forever. Hosted only. 1 sensor, 100K findings/month, 1 user, community support, no SLA.
• ▸Starter — $599/mo. VPC or hosted. 3 sensors, 1M findings/month, 3 users, 99.5% SLA (4-hour P1), email support.
• ▸Pro — $2,499/mo. VPC or hosted. 15 sensors, 10M findings/month, unlimited users across 5 orgs, 99.9% SLA (1-hour P1), email + Slack, SIEM export, compound-detection and correlation dashboards.
• ▸Enterprise — contact sales. VPC, on-prem, or air-gapped. Unlimited scale, custom SLA up to 99.99% (15-minute P1), a dedicated engineer and private Slack, SSO/SAML, BAA/DPA signing, and custom threat patterns.

Seats and organizations

Seat and org limits are enforced automatically: Community 1 user / 1 org, Starter 3 / 1, Pro unlimited users across 5 orgs, Enterprise unlimited. If you exceed your seats after a downgrade, extra members are paused rather than deleted.

Sensors on self-hosted plans

In a VPC, your signed license sets how many sensors you can run. On a downgrade or missed payment, over-cap sensors are paused, not deleted — restore your plan and they come straight back. More sensors is the reason to move up a tier; we don't sell sensor overage.
